Our Technology

Over the last 5 years we have invested heavily in a variety of machinery to ensure that we can offer a wide range of printing solutions to our customers, with rapid turnarounds.

Below is a plant list of the machines we have in our production department in Slough.

Coming soon: Kongsberg I XL43 Cutter

Our latest piece of machinery is being installed at the end of May 2012 and will cut anything up to 25mm thick. When coupled with our Mimaki UV printer, we will be able to produce life size cut outs, bespoke exhibition units, shaped foamex boards…the list goes on. We will update this with more information once it has been installed.

Seiko ColorPainter H-74S Solvent Printer

This printer is our latest solvent printer and has dramatically increased our capacity for a huge range of products. The standard products we run through this machine are vinyl banners, pull up banners, t shirt transfers, vinyl stickers and floor stickers.

Roland VS-640 Print & Cut Solvent Printer

An upgrade from the first printer that got us started, our Roland VS-640 is used morning, noon and night for short runs when our Seiko is busy with larger orders. It is mainly used for t shirt transfers and vinyl stickers but can run anything that the Seiko can.

Mimaki UJV 160 Flatbed UV Printer

Our UV printer can, and does, print on anything we put through it. From foamex boards to ceiling tiles the UV printing process cures the ink whilst it prints so it is ready to go straight off the printer. We typically print foamex, dibond, perspex, novelty cheques and exhibition units with our Mimaki. 

Mutoh Viper Sublimation Printer

Sublimation printing uses water based inks which produces a fantastic print quality, with an eco-friendly printing process. The Mutoh prints onto a transfer paper which is then run through a Unifixer calendar machine that heats the print onto the fabric. This machine is used for printing flags, fabric drops, table clothes, and sublimation t shirt and mug transfers, among many other products. 

Canon iPF 8000

The iPF 8000 is designed to be a very high quality printer, so we use it for canvas, large posters and giclee fine art prints.

Canon C1+ Digital Printer

This paper printer has a world of possibilities: it takes an oversized A3 sheet and turns it into whatever you need. It may be 250 A6 flyers, 100 business cards or 1 booklet – our C1+ can do nearly anything with paper. And because it’s a digital machine we can run low quantities of anything without expensive set up charges.
