Mainland UK Deliveries (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales)

Standard Delivery is at a flat rate of £9.99, and you will receive your order within 5 working days. We use our couriers who will deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. These will need to be signed for, so please provide us with an address that

We do not offer an express delivery as standard, however if you need to have your order ASAP then contact us via e-mail, live chat or telephone before placing your order and we will endeavour to get it out to you as soon as we can.

Collection

As well as delivering directly to our online customers, we also offer the option of picking up their order from one of our 3 branches for free! When using the online buying system then simply select whether you would like to collect from Slough or Hanger Lane.

Other European Countries

Orders will be despatched by airmail within 5 working days using an international courier. The transit time will vary depending upon the destination but anticipate approximately 5 - 7 working days. For your added security parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. Please contact us for a price on your shipping before placing your order.

Returns

Should you wish to return any item please contact us ASAP and we will discuss how we will arrange your return. Please note that we are not liable for any goods that have been engraved / printed if the customer has supplied the wrong information, but get in touch with us as soon as you realise a mistake and we’ll do all we can to help.
