Returns

Should you wish to return any item please follow this procedure:

  • Contact us by e-mail before dispatching the goods for a dispatch number, this will enable us to track your return and make a swift refund. You can use our General Enquires Form to send as an e-mail or one of the e-mail addresses listed on the Visit a Showroom page.
  • Pack the goods carefully ensuring that there is plenty of cushioning material between items and that they cannot rub together while in transit. They must be received in reselable condition for a refund to be made. Goods cannot be returned if supplied engraved.
  • For your security we strongly recommend that you use insured courier service.

  • Notify us when they have been dispatched.
  • We will returnthe cost of cancelled product within 30 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
