Delivery
When you place your order through our ordering system, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated. However if you have any additional questions about delivery, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.
Collection
As well as delivering directly to our online customers, we also offer the option of picking up their order from one of our 3 branches at no extra charge. When using the online buying system then simply select whether you would like to collect from Slough, Ealing or Reading.
UK Deliveries
Standard Delivery is at a flat rate of £8.99, and you will receive your order within 5 working days. Smaller items will be sent by First Class post. Larger items (generally those over £75.00) may be sent by our couriers who deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. They cannot leave parcels without a signature on delivery so please remember this when ordering.
We do not offer an express delivery as standard, however if you need to have your order ASAP then contact us via e-mail before placing your order and we will endevour to get it out to you as soon as we can.
Other European Countries
Orders will be despatched by airmail within 3 working days using Royal Mail's International Signed For service. The transit time will vary depending upon the destination but anticipate approximately 3 to 5 working days. For your added security parcels will need to be signed for on delivery. Orders between £75 and £150 £19.99

Rest of the World
