How long will my order take?

 

We allow between 3 - 5 days (including delivery time) for all standard orders placed through our website, this includes awards and a wide range of printing. For bespoke medals and other promotional merchandise the turnaround time can be longer. We recommend you check the specific product online to see how long it will take, and if you have any other enquiries regarding turnaround time please contact us.

We can offer an express service if your event is in less than 3 - 5 days but we will need to speak to you about your requirements before you place your order. Please contact us for more information.

 

How do I pay for my order?

 

By ordering through the shopping cart, you will be required to pay on the spot. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use the services of PayPal to encrypt and process your payment details and their secure sever to protect your credit card details.

We can set up an account for your organisation, and still process orders through the website but you will need to contact us to discuss the terms of the account.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

 

Our Secure Order Page is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. You can tell by the lock icon on the bottom right of your browser. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent over the internet (along with millions of messages traveling over the net) to a secure Thawte certified SSL server, where it is descrambled and processed. Your credit card numbers are never stored on our web server. 

 

Are there any hidden charges?

 

We believe the price you see is the price you should pay. All our prices included VAT. The only other charges you may find are those for delivery and engraving charges.

When you order online we charge a flat rate for engraving - see our engraving page for more information - and some products even include free engraving. Check the descriptions to see which products are valid.

There is a flat delivery charge of £9.99 for UK mainland delivery - if you need your awards or printing delivered elsewhere then contact us before you order for a price on shipping.

Depending on the quality of your artwork there may be an additional charge, to ensure that we can provide the highest quality print, but we will always contact you with a price before we begin any work.

 

Can you help me with my artwork?

 

Of course! We have our page explaining how artwork works, and if in doubt email what you have to sales@bullseyeuk.com so we can advise you on your artwork.

 

Do you offer any discounts?

 

Online we offer discounted engraving, and run regular promotions. We can afford to run these promotions online because you the customer do all of the paperwork for us! Ontop of this we also have our Warehouse Clearance section which has a range of products that have been discounted and include free engraving. Please check our website regularly to see the promotions that we offer, or follow us on Twitter @bullseyeprint for our regular promotions.

Alternatively if you run a league, or require trophies / printing on a regular basis then get in touch with us and we'll work out a special package for you.

 

Can I check the courier progress of my order?


We can check the courier progress of every order over the Internet for you. Please telephone with rush orders.
